  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Techno-Functional Support Consultant
Location: New Jersey (Onsite/Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Support Consultant with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in job monitoring, SQL query execution, and Linux. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end support for our finance domain applications and should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment with onsite presence required 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional and technical support for finance-related applications.
  • Monitor and maintain job schedules, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting failures.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting purposes.
  • Handle Linux-based systems, including monitoring logs, managing scripts, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • Document processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide support as needed for upgrades and deployments.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve system stability and performance.
Required Skills:
  • 6-9 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for query writing, data extraction, and manipulation.
  • Experience with Linux systems, including job monitoring and basic administration.
  • Experience in job monitoring tools and resolving job failures.
  • Understanding of finance-related processes and applications (a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the finance domain, preferably in trading or financial services.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automating tasks.
