Role: Configuration Lead – Full-time

Title: VP

Location: NYC (Day 1 Onsite/Hybrid)

Mode of Work: 3 days/week onsite required

Your required skills: 14+ Years Required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 14+ years of experience in IT configuration management or a related role.

  • Strong expertise in automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform.

  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting configuration issues across complex IT environments.

  • In-depth understanding of infrastructure management, including cloud and on-premise solutions.

  • Familiarity with security protocols and regulatory standards in the finance or banking domain.

  • Proven experience in working with cross-functional IT and development teams to optimize configuration processes.

  • Strong communication skills and experience working in highly regulated environments.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and their integration with configuration management tools.

  • Experience in monitoring system performance and proactively addressing configuration-related issues.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Red Hat Ansible, Terraform Certified Associate) are a plus.
