Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of Seattle Tree Care s marketing strategy. As a key contributor in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for a variety of marketing activities, including content creation, digital marketing, social media management, and market research. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts. Ensure all content aligns with the company s brand voice and messaging.
  • Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing efforts by helping to optimize the company s online presence, including SEO, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and monitor social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and tracking social media metrics.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to gather data on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with client reviews and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience through timely and accurate responses.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain and update marketing dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics. Assist in preparing reports for analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the overall marketing function.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and social media platforms. Familiarity with CRM software and basic design tools is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform light physical work, move safely over uneven terrain, sit or stand for extended periods, and efficiently use a keyboard.
