49 Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced Intermediate IT Professional (Platform Analyst) to join our team at Shared Services Canada. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in IT analysis and a passion for optimizing platform solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective deployment and maintenance of IT services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst or in a related role.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience working in an office environment.
  • Proven track record in platform analysis and implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent documentation skills, showcasing attention to detail.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and service delivery models.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to a non-technical audience.
  • Existing Secret Security Clearance is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and consultation processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement platform solutions.
  • Participating in the testing and validation of platform applications.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Assisting in the development of training materials and user guides for new platform users.
  • Providing support and troubleshooting for platform issues.
