Role: Functional Lead Analyst (QA Manual Testing) – Full-time

Title: VP

Location: NYC (Day 1 Onsite/Hybrid)

Mode of Work: 3 days/week onsite required

Your required skills: 14+ Years Required

Open Positions: 2

Functional Lead - 1req : 14+ Years Required

Functional Analyst – 1 req: 10+ Years Required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 14+ years of experience in Manual Testing, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role.

  • Strong expertise in Functional Testing within the Finance/Banking domain, including knowledge of financial products, processes, and regulatory requirements.

  • Extensive experience in creating and executing detailed test plans, test scripts, and defect management.

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and teams.

  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, or similar).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools is a plus but not mandatory.

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
