A Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion. This role involves working closely with plant personnel to identify and develop key projects and tasks designed to improve the overall capability of the plant. Develop detailed project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Allocate resources effectively and ensure their availability throughout the project. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle to maintain the standards expected. Serve as a point of contact for teams and communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related role. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification a plus. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficient in project management software and tools.
