This role will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with our partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure partner satisfaction, growth, and long-term success. This role requires an individual with a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships, acting as the primary contact to address concerns, ensure partner satisfaction, and promote growth
  • Oversee onboarding and training for new partners and their patients, providing ongoing support and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop strategies to increase partner retention, minimize churn, and pursue new partnerships, all while collaborating closely with product, customer support, and cross-functional teams to address partner needs

Requirements

  • MA state RN
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner or customer success, account management, or a similar role, ideally in healthcare or technology.
  • Experience in office management or quality/program management is a plus.
