Skills and Qualifications Preferred Experience: Water industry or wider utilities experience. Certifications: APMP, AMP PMQ, or PRINCE 2 preferred. NEC3/4 Knowledge: Essential; accreditation is a plus. Key Responsibilities Project Documentation: Draft project scope, site information, and contract data using standardized templates for NEC3 and NEC4. Contract Administration: Manage NEC contracts on behalf of clients as the named NEC Project Manager.
