Job Description:

East 57th Street Partners is seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to oversee the development and execution of content strategies for our clients. This fully remote role will require occasional travel for content production, client meetings, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, editorial planning, and the ability to manage a content marketing calendar that drives engagement and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content marketing strategies across multiple channels, including blogs, social media, email, and website.
  • Create compelling, SEO-optimized content that aligns with brand voice and engages target audiences.
  • Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery that supports marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to develop content that supports lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversions.
  • Manage relationships with external content creators, freelancers, and agencies to ensure high-quality content production.
  • Stay informed on the latest content marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve content strategies.
  • Present content performance reports to leadership and provide recommendations for content enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role in content strategy and production.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a passion for driving content performance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for content production and client meetings.
