Description:
Deploy new equipment including pcs, monitors and phones. Devices are already imaged by the depot but the refresh technician will be responsible for contacting the user and coordinating the refresh including data transfer, following process for multiple types of configurations, collecting underutilized/expired assets.
Must be someone that understands their role and staying within it. They have a separate team that does day to day desktop support. For example, if during the refresh process, IT support is needed due to something wrong or an incident, they go to an intermediate or Sr. Tech to assist. The Refresh Tech will be taught basic troubleshooting for common issues that pop up.
Will be onsite for their headquarters location.
