Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at Lightning Workgroup, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. You will be at the forefront of our business, representing our brand to prospective clients and ensuring they understand the value we bring to their digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using ZoomInfo and other tools identify and target potential clients in need of web and mobile development services.
  • Daily Outreach via cold calls, text messaging, and email.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Engage with potential clients through various channels, including email, phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Present Lightning Workgroup's services and the 'Lightning Pathway' in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the project management and development teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals that align with company goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, must have sold custom software development in the past.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile development services and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year plus commission
