- Initiate contact with potential donors, educating them about the BioTherapies donation process and conducting health screenings
- Coordinate donor information sessions, physical examinations, and follow-ups to ensure donor eligibility and suitability
- Manage documentation and communication related to donor activities and case progress
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate donor care and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Minimum of two years of experience interacting with patients, clients, or customers in a healthcare, nonprofit, or business setting
- Postsecondary education such as a certificate, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to discuss sensitive information
- Ability to work flexible hours based on donor needs, including non-traditional hours
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a healthcare-related or science field
- Experience with medical terminology, case-note documentation, and patient care in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of Good Tissue Practices (GTP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Previous experience in a regulated environment
