  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Initiate contact with potential donors, educating them about the BioTherapies donation process and conducting health screenings
  • Coordinate donor information sessions, physical examinations, and follow-ups to ensure donor eligibility and suitability
  • Manage documentation and communication related to donor activities and case progress
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate donor care and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of two years of experience interacting with patients, clients, or customers in a healthcare, nonprofit, or business setting
  • Postsecondary education such as a certificate, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to discuss sensitive information
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on donor needs, including non-traditional hours

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a healthcare-related or science field
  • Experience with medical terminology, case-note documentation, and patient care in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of Good Tissue Practices (GTP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Previous experience in a regulated environment
