  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery
  • Create, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new referrals
  • Secure patient’s upfront payment and assist patients in finding financial assistance when needed
  • Support activities to ensure clean claims on hold and manage denial resolutions
  • Assist Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to multi-task and manage numerous referrals and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of quality focus
  • Excellent customer service skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous healthcare or medical billing experience is preferred
