We are representing a high growth, series A AI startup, that are hiring for the 1st Senior Product Operations Manager to partner with the CEO to help scale the product and operations efforts. As the Product Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient product operations, driving process improvements, and collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams. You will be responsible for analyzing operational data, streamlining workflows, and working with key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class product experience. Proficiency in SQL is required, as you'll frequently dive into data to generate insights, track performance, and make recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

**Operational Process Optimization:** Identify inefficiencies in product operations and propose and implement solutions to improve workflows, increase productivity, and reduce bottlenecks.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams to ensure smooth product delivery, prioritization, and execution.

**Data Analysis and Reporting:** Use SQL and data analysis tools to monitor product performance, track KPIs, and extract actionable insights to drive operational decisions.

**Product Launch Support:** Collaborate with the product management team to support new product and feature launches, ensuring operational readiness and alignment across teams.

**Documentation and Process Mapping:** Create and maintain clear documentation of operational processes, workflows, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability as the company grows.

**Incident Management:** Oversee the coordination and resolution of operational issues related to product delivery or performance, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

**User Feedback Loop:** Collect and synthesize feedback from users, sales, and customer success teams to relay key insights to the product team for continuous improvement.

**Tool & System Management:** Evaluate, implement, and optimize internal tools and systems to support the product and operations teams.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

- 2+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, or a related role within a fast-paced startup or tech environment.

- **Proficiency in SQL** – ability to query databases, analyze complex datasets, and generate reports.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.

- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous challenges.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex topics to various stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

- Experience in a SaaS, AI, or technology-driven company.

- Familiarity with product management frameworks and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

- Basic understanding of machine learning or AI concepts.

- Experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar for data visualization.
