Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Oversee all marketing operations and manage the marketing team.
- Utilize SEO and content marketing techniques to improve online presence and search rankings.
- Manage the company's CRM systems to optimize customer interactions and relationships.
- Lead social media campaigns to engage with target audiences and promote brand messages.
- Collaborate with designers to create appealing website designs that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, CRM systems, and digital marketing tactics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
