IT Business Analyst

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an IT Business Analyst within the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Sunrise, Florida. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks related to improving and streamlining business processes through the application of IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth user interviews to gather and document business requirements to guide the development of new systems and processes.
Design and develop process flow diagrams and flowcharts to visualize and communicate business processes.
Leverage tools such as Atlassian Jira for effective project management and Agile Scrum methodologies for iterative development.
Create detailed user stories to guide the development team in creating solutions that meet the needs of the business.
Use your understanding of Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Documents to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Apply your knowledge of the Healthcare Industry to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT solutions and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements to provide the most effective solutions.
Work in a collaborative team environment to achieve common goals.
Handle urgent tasks and be ready to start as soon as possible.

Requirements

Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum methodologies
Demonstrated experience in Business Process Functions and Business Analysis
Proven ability to prepare and interpret Process Flow Charts and Process Flow Diagrams
Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents
Expertise in Gathering Requirements from various stakeholders
Knowledge and understanding of the HealthCare Industry
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business teams to achieve objectives
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or IT will be an advantage
