Base [Salary Range]: $76,075 - $89,500
Location: Remote

This position is also eligible for bonus in accordance with the terms of the Autosoft plan.

Who You Are:

As an Integrations Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Autosoft s products and software solutions. You will create, execute and analyze the results of functional, non-functional, system, and usability test plans. This involves working closely with the development team, product managers, and other QA team member to understand the product requirements, design and execute test plans, identify bugs, and ensure our software meets the highest standards of quality.

What You Will Do:

• Review product requirements and develop user acceptance criteria and outline test plans.
• Participate in release preparation and regression testing to verify release readiness.
• Document test cases for automation teams using Jira and other tools
• Communicate areas for improvement to enhance product efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document defects identified in the testing cycle in Jira.
• Root cause, identify, document, and track bugs and issues to assist developers to remediate issues.
• Outline proper test data needed for test cases.
• Work closely with the product management and development teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide regular status reports on testing progress and issues.
• Assist in the development and improvement of QA processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Values.

What You Will Bring:

• The desire to release quality products and make an impact on quality.
• Knowledge of various types of testing methodologies such as, but not limited to, functional, non-functional, end to end, manual, unit, integration, system, performance, smoke and regression tests.
• Extensive understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to manage time and resources directed towards multiple projects/assignments.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills with a bias towards collaboration.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and bug reports.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-haves)

• Experience working with a Dealer Management System, CRM, or Accounting software is preferred
• Familiarity working with Jira (or other issue tracking software)
• Practical experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Experience

• 3+ years manual testing, software quality assurance, or related experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 15 pounds as needed.
