As a Marketing Assistant at XTalk Prep, you will support the marketing team in executing various strategies and campaigns to boost brand visibility and engage our target audience. This role involves assisting in content creation, coordinating marketing events, managing social media, and analyzing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create and edit content for the company's website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Help manage the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and customer databases.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
