Job Title: Research Associate
Job Description
Plans and executes experiments and protocols, supports problem-solving and trouble-shooting activities. Summarizes experimental data, draws conclusions, and makes recommendations to highly experienced scientists and engineers. Develops QC standards and test methods. Supports assembly of cartridge prototypes. May be required to work with hazardous materials. Maintains a safe working environment. Maintains project documentation and laboratory notebooks in accordance with internal and external regulatory requirements as part of the design control process. Maintains good communication with supervisor and peers; carries out duties in compliance with established business policies. Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices. Performs additional work-related duties as assigned.
