Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Agile Project Manager with a background in IT Change Management to join our dynamic global technology team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, and an understanding of the ITIL framework. You will be responsible for leading projects using agile methodologies, managing Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring seamless IT Change Management while leveraging cloud technologies and automated pipelines. The role also involves significant stakeholder engagement and regular presentations to senior leadership. The role will be expected to lead and influence other team members to deliver goals and metrics define by leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects using Agile & Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and value-driven outcomes.
- Scrum Ceremonies: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring team alignment, communication, and continuous improvement.
- IT Change Management: Own and manage the IT Change Management process in alignment with ITIL standards, ensuring changes to IT services and infrastructure are conducted smoothly and effectively. Reporting for all changes goes out concisely to key stakeholders to ensure visibility.
- Azure and Cloud Implementations: Lead and oversee projects involving Azure cloud solutions, ensuring successful migrations, deployments, and management of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, IaaS, etc.
- Automated Pipelines: Oversee projects to optimize & introduce CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth integration and delivery of updates across environments.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Development, PM/SMs, Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, DevSecOps, Monitoring, QA, and business teams to ensure project and change management goals align with broader organizational objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with both agile project execution and IT changes. Provide risk mitigation suggestions and track all risks in RAID log for stakeholder visibility
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, peers, leaders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Presentations to Leadership: Regularly present project updates, risks, and IT change management status to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- SaaS and Infrastructure: Ensure that SaaS solutions and IT infrastructure are aligned with business objectives and technical standards.

Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Agile Project Management and IT Change Management roles.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Experience leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Azure implementations, cloud infrastructure, and automated pipelines.
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions and infrastructure architecture.
- Familiarity with managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Advanced Project Management Certifications (PMP, AGP, ASM, etc.)
- ITIL certification or advanced IT service management training.
- Prior experience working in a SaaS or infrastructure-heavy environment.
