Essential Functions

About the Team -

This role is responsible for overseeing and/or leading Solution Architecture, Operational Excellence and/or other initiatives. The role requires a strategic focus on building capability roadmaps, executive-level communication, and business-to-tech translation to support enterprise-wide initiatives. The position involves managing cross-functional collaboration and ensuring program alignment with overall business objectives. This role is critical for fostering agility, delivering on strategic goals, and driving continuous improvement within the organization

Essential Functions
  • Oversee and/or lead Enterprise strategic programs and/or initiatives with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and objectives dependencies and tradeoffs when needed.
  • Build or leverage existing program/epic/capability roadmaps to communicate to ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Develop and maintain effective communications and channels with executive management to provide updates on key strategic objectives and program progress.
  • Manage cross portfolio/ART risks, dependencies, and escalations
  • Influence portfolio prioritization to support program objectives
  • Utilize Agile frameworks and principles to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changes efficiently
  • Align with and support business rollout plans as needed
  • Act as a business-to-tech translator, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Apply QDM principles for continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills
  • Strong experience in program and project management in the IT space with an understanding of Agile frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to provide executive-level updates and presentations.
  • Proven ability to lead independently and not rely on checklists or step-by-step guidance
  • Proven ability and willingness to work in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Experience working with and influencing senior leadership and executive committees, to drive strategic outcomes
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and project management software tools
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
Minimum Education

Bachelors degree in engineering, business information systems, computer science, or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years of relevant work experience in information technology or engineering environment.

Domicile Information:

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: US Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $12,533.14/month
