Helpdesk Technician
Reports To:
Cameron Madsen, IT Manager
Job Summary:
The Helpdesk Technician position with Remain at Home (RAH) will work directly with the head of IT to maintain and implement IT solutions company-wide.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sets up computers and all user account for new employees
Assists employees with password resets
Identifies, logs, and resolves technical problems with software applications or network systems
Maintains Microsoft 365 environment
Answers phones and renders support for computer applications and hardware
Performs data entry as needed for asset tracking
Assists in the evaluation and rollout of new systems and software products
Assists in updating end user machines to achieve the recommended OS version
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and function in a team environment
Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with Mac OS, Macbooks, iPhones, and Apple products
Basic understanding of MDM products
Experience with Microsoft 356 (preferred)
Experience in the Healthcare industry/HIPAA environment (preferred)
Reliable transportation required for occasional travel to offices (mainly Augusta, GA)
