Role Summary:

The Creative Director at Leadhub will be the driving force behind our creative endeavors, overseeing the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. You will lead a talented team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and excellence. Your role will involve working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and translating their vision into compelling and effective marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Vision and Strategy:
    • Develop and articulate the creative vision for Leadhub's projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to define the overall creative strategy for the agency and clients

  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Engage with clients to understand their objectives, brand identity, and target audience.
    • Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources effectively.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Review and approve all creative output, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
    • Ensure consistency and coherence across all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Market Research and Trends:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and advertising.
    • Incorporate new insights and trends into creative strategies to keep Leadhub at the forefront of the industry.
  • Budget Management:
    • Work with the finance team to develop and manage the creative budget.
    • Ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining the highest standards of creative excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role, preferably within a marketing agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful marketing campaigns and creative projects.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
