Chief Sales Officer (Equity-Based | AI-Powered Sales Optimization)

We’re looking for an experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO) or sales leader ready to own Ally’s sales strategy, drive customer acquisition, and help position Ally as the go-to platform for AI-powered sales solutions. This is an equity-based role, offering significant upside potential as Ally scales into enterprise markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sales Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute Ally’s go-to-market strategy, focusing on market positioning, pricing, and sales channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Optimize Sales Processes: Leverage Ally’s real-time AI-driven features to streamline sales operations, enhance team productivity, and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align on key features, customer needs, and messaging, ensuring a unified approach across departments.
  • Drive Customer Acquisition & Retention: Build scalable sales strategies to attract new customers, expand Ally’s market reach, and retain high-value clients.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use real-time data and analytics to refine sales strategies, improve performance, and ensure continuous optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Leadership: Extensive experience in leading and scaling sales teams, particularly for SaaS, AI, or tech products.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop go-to-market strategies that align with long-term business objectives and position Ally for enterprise-level success.
  • Collaborative Approach: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in leveraging data and market insights to refine sales strategies and optimize processes.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to pitch effectively to senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Equity Only Offering:

  • CSO Role: 10-15% equity, depending on experience and level of involvement. Compensation is equity-based until post-launch or the next funding round.
