Job Duties:

  • Implement the development and documentation of processes and procedures to support ServBeyond's Service Delivery Organization (SDO).
  • Be an active member of the SDO team.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track project deliverables.
  • Perform quality reviews on all project deliverables and configuration management tasks.
  • Create and maintain QA process.
  • Drive program and project team members to follow the schedule and submit documentation for review on time.
  • Ensure teams include the QA process in the Agile framework.
  • Assist in internal and external quality audits to maintain ISO certifications and CMMI appraisals.
  • Provide reporting on audit findings.
  • Create and execute new program initiation, implementation, onboarding, and deliverables tracking within the SDO framework.
  • Train project team members on how to use SDO resources.
  • Oversee program and project controls.
  • Manage the Process Asset Library (PAL).
  • Manage the organizational Process Innovation Team (PIT).
  • Develop and execute the annual organizational Process Improvement Plan (PIP).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of industry experience in quality, auditing, and program management.
  • Active CMMI Associate Certification.
  • US residency is required.
  • Proven efficiency with working in an Agile environment.
  • Proficient in applying and working with the CMMI Level III and ISO 9000/20000/27001 framework.
  • Proficient with 508 compliance testing.
  • Familiar with Jira
  • Meticulous attention to detail is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Proven record of delivering support for government contracting programs.
  • PMP Certification a plus.

Salary Information:

The salary range for the Manager, Program Management Office position is competitive and commensurate with experience, typically starting at $125,000 to $145,000 annually. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
