  • Is analytical, resourceful, and always looking for ways to optimize campaigns, assessing wins, identifying challenges, and pivoting strategies as needed.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute influencer strategies across our roster of beauty and wellness clients.
  • Lead paid influencer campaigns from concept to completion, including setting campaign KPIs, identifying talent, and negotiating contracts.
  • Execute organic influencer programming that aligns with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay on top of trends, emerging influencers, and industry news to ensure campaigns are fresh and relevant.
  • Regularly vet and onboard new influencers for both ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign logistics, including maintaining influencer lists, drafting contracts, and managing deliverables.
  • Build meaningful relationships with influencers to foster authentic, engaging content that drives results.
  • Act as a bridge between client teams and influencers to ensure campaigns are mutually beneficial and goal-driven.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in developing and executing paid influencer programs, with the ability to manage organic initiatives as well.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, with experience across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Experience using influencer identification, management, and measurement tools.
  • Ability to measure and optimize multifaceted campaigns, balancing day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives.
  • Adaptable, efficient, and organized, with excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player who collaborates well with both junior and senior team members.
