Job Description

As an M&A Consultant at Augmentjobs, you will play a vital role in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth financial analysis, evaluating business risks, leading due diligence processes, and negotiating deal terms. You will work closely with senior leadership and clients to provide insights, ensuring successful transaction execution. You will also assist in identifying potential acquisition targets or buyers, structuring deals, and coordinating with legal and financial professionals to close transactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and analysis for potential transactions
