Requirements:
- 3+ years of recent commercial collections experience
- Knowledge of Sage and Excel (preferred)
- Superior customer service skills
- Job stability is a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Responsibilities:
- Payment negotiation
- Credit holds/releases
- Reconciliations
- Research of missing and/or unapplied payments
