Job Description

The Onboarding and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for providing hands-on support throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging transition for new hires. This role is essential in fostering a welcoming atmosphere and aligning new team members with the company's culture, ways of working, and expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, working in partnership with various internal teams to deliver a well-rounded program.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, offering assistance, resolving any issues, and providing a supportive onboarding experience.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with supporting departments to facilitate a cohesive and effective onboarding process.
  • Keep onboarding materials, checklists, and documentation up-to-date with the latest company information and procedures.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions that effectively convey the company's culture and expected performance standards. Suggest and improve content as needed.
  • Track the progress of new employees during the onboarding stage, confirming that all training and procedural requirements are met.
  • Offer continuous assistance and develop and provide resources to new employees to facilitate their smooth integration into their respective teams.
  • Manage all correspondence with new hires, including logistics and travel coordination.

This is a fully on-site position in Atlanta, Georgia.

Work Environment

Warehouse environment. Climate controlled, relaxed, and clean. Shift: 8a-5:30p M-F (30m unpaid lunch, 2 15m breaks). Pay: $33-$35
