Job Title : Operations Coordinator
Duration : 3 months, Possible Extension
Shift : M-F 8-5, 730-430, Either works, can be flexible.
Location: Little Rock, AR 72002
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Basic admin skills
- Create purchase orders
- Receiving materials
- Collab with service teams, get equipment ordered
- Ticket creation
- Sending out packages/mail
Take notes and attend meetings
Skills:-
- Excel skills - needs to be computer savy
- Oracle experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma/Construction experience is helpful
