  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Soni's client is seeking a skilled Full Stack .Net Developer with Legacy Application and Security expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET, as well as legacy systems such as VB6. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting web services, database management, security assessments, and deployment configurations. This role requires a strong focus on application security, maintenance of web servers (IIS), and working with third-party services such as DocuSign. This is a remote role with occasional tracel to Philadelphia when needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Windows application using .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET, Utilizing VB6 for maintaining legacy applications.
  • Managing web server configurations and deployments using Internet Information Services (IIS)
  • Support Web Services using JSON and XML serialization for data interchange.
  • Support third-party services like DocuSign for electronic signatures.
  • Support database schemas and T-SQL stored procedures in MS SQL Server.
  • Maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Using Checkmarx for static code analysis to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities. Conducting regular security assessments and fixed vulnerabilities in VMs to maintain a high security posture.
  • Manage source code and project artifacts using Azure DevOps, including check-ins, code reviews, branching, merging etc.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4+ years of experience working with .NET framework, C#, VB.NET and ASP.NET
  • Experience with VB6 and legacy system support
  • Proven experience managing web servers with ISS
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, SSRS, and T-SQL
  • Familiarity with Checkmarx or similar tools for code security analysis
  • Must be in the Greater Philadelphia market.

Bonus:
  • Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Security certifications
  • Interest, exposure, or experience in Java
  • Experience with Fusion encore
