Florida Victorious, the Proud NIL Partner of the Florida Gators, is a leading NIL organization supporting University of Florida student-athletes. Florida Victorious works to support student-athletes by creating unique events, insider access for fans and robust value for corporate sponsors.

The Florida Victorious Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to enriching the lives of UF Student-Athletes through educational programs and the use of their Name, Image, and Likeness to participate in and promote community service to make a difference in University of Florida communities.

Role and Responsibilities

The ideal Vice President of Marketing at Florida Victorious is a creative thinker with drive who can continue to increase brand awareness and participation in the organization!

This role offers a highly competitive salary with the opportunity to shape the brand of one of the largest and most visible NIL organizations in the country. In an ever-changing landscape, the Vice President of Marketing will help Florida Victorious continue to be a leader in the space and will be encouraged to help think of new, innovative ways to impact Gator student-athletes.

Reporting to the CRO, the Vice President of Marketing will lead, coordinate, and execute the marketing strategy for Florida Victorious. He or she will be responsible for managing and growing Florida Victorious subscription revenue and all related marketing, as well as oversight of creative assets for the Florida Victorious brand. The Vice President of Marketing will create impactful activations for fans and corporate sponsors and build marketing assets using the Name, Image, and Likeness of contracted Florida Gator student-athletes.

Specific responsibilities include:

· Subscription revenue growth and strategy development, including member benefit design & fulfillment

· Creative strategy (all video, graphic, digital and print assets) and oversight of creative execution

· Social, digital, and email media strategy and execution management

· Event planning and execution - in-person events (tailgates, player meet & greets, etc) & virtual events

· Student-athlete activation design and coordination for corporate sponsor activations and fan events

· Communication and coordination with reporters, podcasts, influencers, alumni, UF/UAA employees

· Digital asset oversight (website, social platforms, FV community, message boards, etc)

· Ambassador marketing / outreach and affiliate marketing strategy

· Merchandise strategy and management

· Hiring and direct supervision of new member of marketing support staff

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

· 2 or more years of relevant experience

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

· Experience planning and executing events and other activations

· Experience managing social media accounts

· Creative critical thinker, with a keen eye for design

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to be at the forefront of a quickly growing industry
