Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Enterprise Optimization to lead our efforts in enhancing operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our NetSuite data, optimizing business processes related to our ERP systems, and driving initiatives aimed at reducing manual processes. This role is vital for ensuring that the organization operates at peak efficiency while leveraging our technology to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Integrity Management:
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within NetSuite and other ERP systems.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and standards to prevent data discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Business Process Optimization:
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Design, implement, and monitor new processes that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of processes with organizational goals.
Reduction of Manual Processes:
  • Identify areas where manual processes can be automated or improved using ERP functionalities.
  • Lead initiatives to transition manual tasks to automated workflows, reducing human error and time spent on repetitive tasks.
  • Provide training and support to staff on newly implemented processes and tools.
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategic vision for enterprise optimization that aligns with overall business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements that can be leveraged to drive efficiencies.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions with senior leadership to set priorities, allocate resources, and establish performance targets related to enterprise optimization.

Executive Collaboration on Objectives:
  • Collaborate closely with other executive leaders to align optimization initiatives with the company s strategic objectives and departmental needs.
  • Establish regular communication channels with the executive team to provide updates on progress, solicit feedback, and adjust priorities as necessary.
  • Engage with executives to identify opportunities for cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring that optimization efforts contribute holistically to business success.
Leadership and Team Development:
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on process improvement, data integrity, and automation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative thinking and collaboration among team members.
  • Serve as a mentor to staff, providing guidance and support for professional growth and development.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
    • Establish and track metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of optimization initiatives and strategic plans.
    • Regularly report on progress, challenges, and outcomes to the executive team and board of directors.
    • Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and inform future strategic directions.
