We are a purpose-driven professional services firm dedicated to providing support for a range of diverse federal program missions. Our focus extends across the intersections of national security and defense, public health and safety, and financial services programs. We are hiring a Senior Power Platform Developer/Architect to work alongside out seasoned professionals. The successful candidate will assume a pivotal role in the entire software development lifecycle, contributing to the requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of solutions. The primary objective is to optimize solutions that not only enhance operational capabilities but also modernize systems, ultimately improving efficiency within an enterprise environment.

You MUST HAVE a current and active government Secret security clearance to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities and Contributions:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in Power Platform Solutions development and implementation.
  • Evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of new Microsoft Power Platform Solutions and provide recommendations to the customer.
  • Provide hands-on training to personnel on the use and management of Microsoft Power Platform products and associated Sharepoint products.
  • Provide guidance and training to other customer personnel on the development and implementation of Power Platform Solutions.
  • Participate in meetings and working groups related to Power Platform Solutions development and implementation.
  • Provide recommendations for the acquisition of new hardware, software, or other resources needed for Power Platform Solutions development and implementation.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Power Platform Solutions and SharePoint Solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure that Power Platform Solutions are integrated with existing systems and platforms.
  • Identify and catalog existing Power Platform Solutions developed by the customer.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the repository to identify obsolete or unnecessary solutions and make recommendations for their removal or retirement.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of templates and best practices for Power Platform solutions development.
  • Provide technical support to users of Power Platform Solutions, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and assistance with system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain a central repository for Power Platform Solutions, including documentation, source code, and other relevant information.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the use of the repository, including access controls, approval processes, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Provide training and support to other customer personnel on the use of the repository, including how to search for and access existing solutions, and how to contribute new solutions.
  • Work with vendors and contractors as needed to ensure that Power Platform Solutions are properly integrated and supported.
  • Any additional deliverables or reports related to the management of the repository, such as inventory reports, usage metrics, or recommendations for repository improvements.
Requirements:

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Power Platform and SharePoint Online development and architecture in a federal environment. Must have experience in enterprise solutions development and implementation.
  • Hands on development and solution architecture experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, DoD 365, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint online.
  • Experience in building Power Apps (Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps) and Power Automate Flows.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in Power Platform
  • Keep abreast of new developments in Power Platform Solutions and make recommendations to customer for enhancements or modifications to existing solutions.
  • MUST hold a current SECRET CLEARANCE
  • Required - Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certifications. If the candidate does not currently hold the required certifications, they must commit to obtaining the certification within 60 days of accepting the job offer. Our firm will provide the assistance in obtaining the certifications.
