We are seeking a Director of Demand Generation to lead our strategic marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and revenue growth for our Aftermarket Services division. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies, collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams. You will be responsible for overseeing paid campaigns, using analytics to drive decisions, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Your expertise in marketing automation, CRM software, and data-driven decision-making will be crucial in optimizing our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns
  • Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
  • Resolve challenges within the demand generation process
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience in B2C lead generation and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales
  • Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Required Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales or lead generation in mechanical trade industry
  • 10+ years of experience in B2C sales
