  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

IHL Group is looking for our next Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This person should be a senior executive who leads the company's technology department and is responsible for the organization's use of technology including:

  • Strategy: Developing and executing an IT strategy that aligns with the company's business goals
  • Implementation: Overseeing the implementation of new technologies and ensuring they are used effectively across departments
  • Infrastructure: Managing the company's IT operations, including systems architecture, network infrastructure, and data security
  • Budget: Developing and maintaining the IT budget
  • Team: Attracting, developing, and retaining a high-performing technology team
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Research: Researching new technologies that could enhance the business
  • Leadership: Providing direction to the IT team and fostering a culture of innovation
  • Communication: Communicating the technology vision to both top management and employees

Requirements:

  • Should have 15+ years of experience in a wholesale/retail environment
  • Should have 8+ years of experience managing a small team
