We are seeking an experienced Strategic Program Manager to join the Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO), reporting to the Director of Enterprise Program Management. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level strategic programs from ideation to launch in Direct to Consumer in Growth space. With a data-driven mindset, this person should excel at connecting the dots and solving complex problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking initiative to help the team accelerate while navigating competing priorities and ambiguity in scope.
  • Build program framework and governance and provide visibility to stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other departments, including but not limited to product, customer support, and ecommerce, to align strategies with overall business goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the program sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, and work plan
  • Run program operating mechanisms to ensure timely and consistent communication of project status, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • Works across the team to identify risks and issues and presents recommended response plans to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Eight or more years of program and project management expertise delivering on large-scale and cross-functional programs preferably in Mar-Tech space
  • Strong experience driving programs around direct to consumer marketing through Social Media, SEOs, Websites etc
  • Advanced experience implementing standard project management governance, artifacts (for example, program milestones, program dashboards, etc)
  • Critical Thinking - ability to ask the ask the right questions and identify the right audiences that need to participate during the journey to help inform what's In scope vs out of scope
  • Agility - Quick to adjust and adapt to competing priorities with high velocity
  • High integrity, excellent judgment - to lead and influence stakeholders and executive leaders as you'll have access to sensitive information and must treat it appropriately
  • Accountability you operate with excellence, do what you say, and hold others to the same while enforcing the use of PMO governance, framework and tools
  • Highly collaborative - you recognize the value of bringing people along including but not limited to all levels of management and C- Level executives while also advocating for suggestive change yet balancing the necessary no
  • Business to Consumer Environment help define ambiguous scope and processes while also actively proactively anticipating business needs
  • 4-5 years experience in B2B, SAAS, eCommerce, Marketing Tech/ Consumer Messaging/Communications
  • Project/ Management certification (PMP or PgMP)
  • Deep knowledge and related work experience of the project management process, theory, and lifecycle, including Waterfall and Agile methodology, as well as Project Delivery Framework and SDLC
  • Intermediate experience in standard project management and collaboration tools (for example, ClickUp, Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA, Monday)
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
