  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview:

The Director 1 Healthcare Technology Management plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of healthcare technology systems within the organization. This role is essential in ensuring that the healthcare technology infrastructure is aligned with the organization's objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of healthcare technology strategies and initiatives.
  • Oversee the selection, deployment, and maintenance of healthcare technology systems and equipment.
  • Manage a team of healthcare technology professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare technology regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize healthcare technology integration and interoperability.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts in healthcare technology processes and workflows.
  • Monitor and optimize healthcare technology budgets and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare technology vendors and service providers.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making related to healthcare technology investments and expansions.
  • Conduct regular assessments of healthcare technology needs and performance, identifying areas for enhancement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare technology management or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing healthcare technology projects and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to healthcare technology.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, medical devices, and clinical technology.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement healthcare technology strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex healthcare technology issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Certification in Healthcare Technology Management or related areas is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving innovation and process improvement in healthcare technology.
  • Proficiency in project management and change management methodologies.
  • High level of strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care through effective healthcare technology management.
