Full Job Description: Member Experience Specialist
We are seeking a passionate and driven Member Experience Specialist to join our growing team at Explorers Credit Union. This role is vital in ensuring that our members receive exceptional service and support, fostering a sense of community and engagement within our organization. The ideal candidate will be someone who is enthusiastic about creating positive experiences, collaborating with peers and contributing to our overall mission of enhancing member satisfaction and retention.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Including but not limited to:
- Assist in the coaching, training, and the development of Member Service Representative (MSR) staff.
- Assisting and independently solving member problems and serve as an operational reference.
-Supervise MSR operations by assigning work, answering questions, solving problems, helping with complex transactions and sensitive member relations problems, explaining policies and procedures to members, and providing assistance to the MSR staff when needed.
-Performs a broad variety of member services functions including but not limited to opening and closing accounts and renewing certificates.
-Serve members promptly and professionally.

**Experience Requirements:
-3 to 5 years of similar or related experience and/or FI or credit union experience.
-Prior leadership experience preferred.
-Knowledge of Teller operations and procedures.
-Basic understanding of Credit Union operations.
