Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing technical support in our Service Operations Center.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming service calls
  • Manage service tickets
  • Provide troubleshooting support related to software, desktops, services, network devices, and security and CCTV camera systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to fully resolve issues
  • Basic network knowledge including configuration and troubleshooting of routers/switches/wireless/firewalls/LAN/WAN
  • Helpdesk experience supporting customers or employees in an IT role
  • Experience working with vendors and help lines resolving issues
  • One or more industry recognized certifications or equivalent formal training/education
  • Remote troubleshooting, monitoring, and diagnostic tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands on Experience with physical security systems, PACS, VMS, Access Control, Cameras, and Security software
  • Experience configuring and maintaining Servers
  • Have used a major ticketing system to manage support incidents
  • Virtualization and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/VMWARE)
  • Basic programming or script experience (SQL, HTML, Python, Java)
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend
Additional Requirements:
  • Must possess and maintain a satisfactory background record
