Curenta is seeking a driven and strategic Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients maximize the value of our AI and B2B solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving product adoption, and transforming satisfied customers into long-term advocates for Curenta. The ideal candidate is skilled in understanding customer needs, problem-solving, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences. This position demands a proactive approach to customer retention and growth through data-driven insights and optimization strategies.

Requirements

Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, adoption of the product, and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Drive customer retention and growth by understanding the business needs of each client and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to address customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure the product continuously meets customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients, analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Curenta s AI and B2B solutions to effectively address customer inquiries and offer actionable insights.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, turning satisfied users into Curenta advocates.
  • Present data-driven insights to internal teams and clients, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis to enhance customer success strategies.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, increase product usage, and reduce churn.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are being met in new product developments and launches.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role in the B2B or AI sectors.
  • Ability to train clients on the use of our systems, ensuring they are fully equipped to maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, practices, and regulations is essential.
  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics (churn rate, customer lifetime value, etc.) and experience using customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience conducting data-driven analysis and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize customer success processes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • High level of empathy and customer focus, with the ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
