Global Program Manager - Cloud Marketplaces
We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Program Manager - Cloud Marketplaces with the top leading multimedia and creative software company in the world.

Adobe is expanding and scaling its Cloud Marketplaces program with Cloud Tech Partners such as Microsoft and AWS.
Looking for an Operations Manager, passionate about implementing programs and best practices leveraging technology and data to influence business decisions. Your role will be to work on key Cloud Marketplace programs to help drive incremental new revenue booked through Marketplaces Procurement. You will be responsible for collaborating with Sales and Partner Managers on pipeline related activities, working with Excel, CRM and PowerBI for reporting and analytics to engaging with back operations team to execute key projects.

Responsibilities:
Cloud Marketplace Operation
  • Become an authority on Cloud Marketplaces Procurement Program and act as a special Deal Desk advisor
  • Partner with collaborators to gather approval on exception requests, consult and advice deal structure to adhere to Adobe's requirements and operational guidelines
  • Email Sales account teams and Partner Managers with approval decisions on opportunities requesting Marketplace procurement
  • Oversee the deal booking transaction via Cloud Marketplaces
  • Familiar with quote to cash process. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, deal desk, legal, tax, credit, and revenue assurance teams to facilitate the quote-to-cash process, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving revenue growth
  • Review Marketplaces pipeline, update CRM with deals identified as having Enterprise agreements, and clean SFDC data for PowerBI dashboard
Business Analysis
  • Develop expertise in AWS and Microsoft Cloud Marketplace to excel. Evaluate how Marketplaces procurement can cultivate partnership engagement for Building and Co-Sell possibilities, progressing deals, and pinpointing vital success factors according to region, segment, and customer type
  • Evaluate key trends, correlations, and causal data to inform go-to-market strategies and implementation with Cloud partnerships. Aid our sales leaders in improving Adobe s partnership opportunities with Cloud Partners
  • Collaborate with Adobe's Sales Operations team to collect sales and customer data, generate CRM reports for strategic analysis, and evaluate email campaign success by analyzing deal progression and engagement metrics
  • Use v-lookups for account matching and upload accounts for specific tagging
  • Monitor SFDC data hygiene for pipeline progress
Project Management
  • Implement project plans, improvements, and business process queries on Salesforce.com and associated tools to improve the quote to cash booking process
  • Track progress and follow up to completion of product listings on Cloud Marketplaces
  • Prepare communications to sales and management, draft recurring newsletters on deal status, and highlight resources
  • Engage with Credit Team to monitor Azure Marketplace private offers and request new private offers as needed
  • Monitor contract end dates and lead private offers accordingly
  • Update policies and documentation, coordinating with Deal Desk team
General Team Support
  • Lead new hires' additions to team distribution lists, recurring meetings, system accounts, and access to Microsoft Teams
  • Monitor Outlook mailbox and redirect inquiries to the appropriate teams
  • Govern and curate sales collateral and enablement on internal portals
  • Maintain team organization slides
  • Liaise between external content design vendors and Adobe on presentation slides.
Skills and Experience:
Required skills
  • Familiar with quote to cash process for contracting and booking with SaaS products
  • Proficiency in Excel and v-lookups
  • Experience with CRM, Outlook, Teams, Slack, or similar enterprise systems and tools

Compensation:
  • Up to $56.34 per hour.
