Overview: We seek a skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect with expertise in the banking industry to play a critical functional role in designing Salesforce.com solutions for our clients. As a Salesforce expert, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and Salesforce capabilities, ensuring seamless integration of banking processes across loan origination, customer engagement, risk management, and account servicing. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver strategic Salesforce solutions that meet business and regulatory needs, driving operational efficiency and digital transformation in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Strategy & Design: Partner with banking stakeholders to understand operational goals, challenges, and regulatory requirements, translating them into functional Salesforce solutions that support key banking processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and banking operations teams to design and prioritize Salesforce initiatives that align with strategic goals and regulatory mandates.
  • Product Roadmap & Customization: Work with development teams to define Salesforce product roadmaps and identify necessary customizations to optimize banking workflows.
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Lead comprehensive requirements-gathering processes, producing detailed functional documentation, including process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • User Training & Adoption: Develop training programs and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and optimization of Salesforce solutions by business users.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in functional Salesforce roles, with at least 3+ years of expertise in the banking industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking business processes, including customer onboarding, loan origination, compliance, account servicing, and risk management.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud and related Salesforce products. Ability to apply Salesforce best practices to optimize banking processes.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification. Additional certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Financial Services Cloud, or Omnistudio certifications, are highly preferred.
  • Business Analysis Skills: Solid experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional documentation. Ability to translate complex banking needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and change management skills to drive user adoption and process optimization.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce implementations specific to banking processes such as loan management or regulatory compliance.
  • Consulting experience in the banking industry is highly desirable.
