[Job Description]
- Serve as the liaison between the Korea and US team, identifying problems, and facilitating clear communication between the teams to ensure a seamless execution and delivery of our PAA product.
- Bridge and relay the findings of US Market and User research with the Product
- Development team to allow for the production of the PAA
- Create detailed project plans encompassing scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Align internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Deliver consistent updates to senior management regarding project status, potential risks, and ongoing issues.
- Detect potential risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them.
- Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
[Qualifications]
- 5+ years of proven working experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Bilingual in Korean and English
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in writing and producing product requirement documents
- Prior experience in the AI or technology sectors, particularly with AI tools or software products.
- Experience as a product manager or equivalent role is a plus.
