[Summary]
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and executing our Personal AI Platform
projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within
scope, and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of technical components of
the product, and the ability to communicate effectively between key stakeholders. A blend of
analytical thinking, along with communication skills would make the Project Manager thrive. This
role is a perfect fit for a method-oriented professional that has resilience to own the entire
process of a project, from start to finish.

[Job Description]
  • Serve as the liaison between the Korea and US team, identifying problems, and facilitating clear communication between the teams to ensure a seamless execution and delivery of our PAA product.
  • Bridge and relay the findings of US Market and User research with the Product
  • Development team to allow for the production of the PAA
  • Create detailed project plans encompassing scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  • Align internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Deliver consistent updates to senior management regarding project status, potential risks, and ongoing issues.
  • Detect potential risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them.
  • Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.

[Qualifications]
  • 5+ years of proven working experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Bilingual in Korean and English

[Preferred Qualifications]
  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in writing and producing product requirement documents
  • Prior experience in the AI or technology sectors, particularly with AI tools or software products.
  • Experience as a product manager or equivalent role is a plus.
