  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Advanced Diesel NWA is a full-service preventive fleet maintenance and repair center in the Springdale, AR. Our mission is simple. . . we aim to provide the best product and service to our customers. If you share that vision, come join our team!

Responsibilities:
  • Assist all customers with their parts needs
  • Creating price estimates and time needed for repairs
  • Process, manage, and fill parts orders to completion
  • Scheduling service to specific jobs
  • Invoicing parts to customers
  • Communicating the needs of customers to your service technicians
  • Entering Work Order details into your dealerships management system
  • Communicating information regarding parts, Work Orders, costs, warranties, time, etc.
  • Communicating Work Order statuses to customers and relaying any additional work needed and associated costs
  • Tracking repairs and problem causes
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is required. (experience with Mitchel1 software is preferred)
  • Current drivers license
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to lift 50lbs (occasionally)
