At 21st Century Equipment LLC, we're seeking a passionate individual ready to make a difference in agriculture as our full-time Production Ag Account Coordinator. You'll have the chance to work with cutting-edge agricultural equipment and provide innovative solutions that empower our customers to succeed. We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 to $250,000 per year (base plus commission), along with comprehensive benefits including:

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR PRODUCTION AG ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

YOUR ROLE:

As a Production Ag Account Coordinator, you'll engage directly with local ag producers to assess equipment needs and recommend solutions using your expertise in John Deere and competitive agricultural equipment. Your days will involve developing sales strategies, maintaining CRM records, participating in demonstrations to showcase innovations, and ensuring customers have access to the latest agronomy practices and financing options.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of current agricultural issues
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to operate, mount, dismount, hook up, secure, and transport equipment safely
  • Ability to sit, stand, and squat for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate with customers and team members and form excellent customer relationships
  • Ability to competently use computerized tools and reports
  • Ability to negotiate and use math knowledge
  • Ability and willingness to mentor inexperienced candidates
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or agriculture-related field
  • 3+ years of account management or direct sales experience in agricultural farm equipment or related field
