Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst to provide on-site help desk and technical support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting network connectivity and desktop issues while ensuring documentation is up to date. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and manage help desk tickets using internal ticketing applications.
  • Install and troubleshoot PCs, printers, iPhones, and software.
  • Conduct daily inspections of server rooms and data closets.
  • Manage backup tape rotation and offsite pickups.
  • Provide basic customer training on phone systems, preferably Mitel.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in help desk ticket management.
  • 2+ years of installation and troubleshooting experience with PCs and printers.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN support.
  • Experience with network jack activation for VLANs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools for technical documentation.
