  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Program Manager

This position will support the Dept. of Veterans Affairs.


Location: Arlington / Washington DC

  • Hybrid work from home and onsite

Salary will be based on technical interview.

Clearance: Public Trust or eQIP required


A Program Manager must have experience with diverse IT projects both large and small. Must be able to manage a portfolio of projects. Must be well versed in full systems development life cycle, enterprise-wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, structure and management practices. Must be able to identify and mitigate risks to the program. Must be able to manage to cost, schedule and performance.


Educational Requirement

  • Minimum Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific, technical discipline

Experience Requirement

  • 15 years of relevant experience
  • 10 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
