Lead Our Team to Success!
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Destruction Operations Supervisor leader to supervise our secure shred destruction staff and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Destruction Supervisor, you'll lead by example, prioritize safety and security, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- 10% Annual Bonus
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
HOURS: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Shift includes OT hrs.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and train staff to achieve operational excellence and meet production goals
- Ensure safety and security of staff, equipment, and customer information
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and training
- Manage production workflow, including forecasting, planning, and assigning tasks
- Collaborate with transportation and dispatch teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures, NAID certification, and safety and security policies
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in an operations, production, or manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with IT applications and databases (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs and push up to 200lbs
- Steel toe shoes, safety glasses, and work gloves required
