Lead Our Team to Success!

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Destruction Operations Supervisor leader to supervise our secure shred destruction staff and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Destruction Supervisor, you'll lead by example, prioritize safety and security, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

PAY: Salary- $71,300- $80,200 (Paid biweekly)

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday

HOURS: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Shift includes OT hrs.)

LOCATION: 2250 Pratt Blvd, Elk Grove, IL 60007

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise and train staff to achieve operational excellence and meet production goals
  • Ensure safety and security of staff, equipment, and customer information
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and training
  • Manage production workflow, including forecasting, planning, and assigning tasks
  • Collaborate with transportation and dispatch teams to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures, NAID certification, and safety and security policies
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience in an operations, production, or manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with IT applications and databases (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs and push up to 200lbs
  • Steel toe shoes, safety glasses, and work gloves required
