The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

This role will integrate the Sam's eCommerce Business and Walmart Fulfillment & Reverse Logistics operations to ensure Sam's strategic vision is planned and executed, key operational metrics are exceeded, and the network is optimized for the Member.
What you'll do:
Strategy Support
- Strategy Initiatives & Transformation Portfolio: Partner with Walmart Operations teams to implement Strategic Initiatives and Transformation Portfolio activities related to improving the Member Experience, optimizing Inventory Flow, and driving Fulfillment Center & Reverse Logistics operations improvements.
- Network Planning: Provide input and perform analysis during all Fulfillment and Reverse Logistics network planning activities to ensure objectives are completed, including ensuring Sam's growth ambitions are accounted for in the future landscape.
- Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP): Support AOP and LRP strategic planning for Fulfillment Centers & Reverse Logistics P&L's, controlling costs and ensuring resources are effectively used to drive year-over-year efficiencies.
Run the Business
- Key Operational Metrics: Work directly with Walmart Operations teams to achieve and optimize key operational metrics specific to improving member service, flow of eCommerce merchandise, and efficient use of assets.
- Business Reviews: Prepare weekly & monthly business review materials and brief key leaders for all "Run the Business" meetings, ensuring opportunities have detailed bridges and resolution/mitigation plans.
- Point of Contact (POC): Act as the Fulfillment & Reverse Logistics POC for the Sam's business and key partners, including the eCommerce team, Member Advocacy, Last Mile Transportation, Merchandising Operations, Reporting & Analytics, and Finance.
- Member Advocacy: Partner with Walmart Operations teams to ensure Member Experience is held in the highest regard. Research, resolve and/or "reverse tour" NPS feedback, social listening and member advocacy issues.
Optimization
- KPI Analysis: Analyze KPIs against plan and provide updates on escalations related to Member Experience, Inventory Flow, and critical operations metrics.
- Opportunity Identification: Partner with Walmart Operations teams and Sam's Business Teams (eCommerce, Member Advocacy, Merchandising Operations) to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
- Execution: Lead the execution of Fulfillment & Reverse Logistics optimization initiatives supporting the Sam's business related to Member Experience, Inventory Flow, and operational improvements.
- Feedback and Planning: Support preparation of Transformation portfolio meetings, business led initiatives, and optimization discussions.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years' experience in eCommerce Fulfillment Operations, or related area. Extensive experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, project management skills, and the ability to streamline processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in driving process improvements and cost reductions.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- A scrappy start-up mentality and ability to dive in and move with speed
